Overview
This policy explains what personal information SF Traces (“we”, “us”) collects through sftraces.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the site only. Data licensed to or through us is handled under the written agreement for that license.
What we collect
We collect:
- What you give us: your name, work email, company, role, team size and anything else you write when you contact us or book a call;
- Booking details: when you book through our calendar provider, the time you choose and the details you enter there;
- Technical data: standard logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser, device and the pages requested.
We don’t use advertising cookies or sell ads on the site.
How we use it

- reply to you, hold calls and assess whether we can work together;
- run, secure and improve the site;

Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- service providers that run the site, our calendar and our email, under contracts that limit their use of it;
- professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires;
- a successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Retention
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California and the EU or UK, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. We won’t treat you differently for using these rights.
To make a request, email michael@sftraces.com. We may need to confirm your identity first. If you are in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
