Agreement
These terms govern your use of sftraces.com (the “site”), run by SF Traces (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What the site is
The site describes our business of licensing agent traces and company data to AI labs, and lets you contact us or book a call. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy or license data. Any license, purchase or sale happens only under a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs if it conflicts with these terms.
Using the site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- interfere with the site or its security, or try to access systems you aren’t authorized to use;
- scrape, copy or redistribute the site’s content except as the law allows;
- send us information you don’t have the right to share, or that is false or misleading.
What you send us
When you contact us, fill in a form or book a call, you confirm the information is accurate and that you may share it. Describing data you hold does not give us any right to it; rights to data pass only under a signed agreement. Please don’t send samples, credentials or confidential material until we have agreed in writing how they will be handled.
Our content
The site, including its text, design, logos and code, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms don’t give you any right to it beyond viewing the site for its intended purpose.
Other sites
The site links to services run by others, such as Sell Traces, Sell Codebase and our booking calendar. Their own terms and policies apply there, and we aren’t responsible for them.
No warranties
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Indemnity
You agree to cover any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
